Losing appts. from Outlook
OK, this isn't the same problem as in the other thread about losing stuff. In this case, Outlook is running without a server. What's going on is that appointments that are out of date are being lost. The user claims not to have deleted them, and the settings for cleanup are all manual.
Ideas about what could be causing it? Thanks for any insight - Ralph

Thanks for replies!
Thanks guys - hopefully that will fix it. Even though he isn't syncing to a server but to a PC, I'm thinking that since the setting I found when I got there was to trash old stuff after 2 weeks, that was what was causing it.
I told the user to let me know if this fixes the problem. Once again, thanks!!! Ralph
