Is there a better, preferably free, keyboard application for my PDA? I tried TouchPal but that's for WM 5.0/6.0.

Have a look at Tengo. It's not free - but it's not expensive, either.

Oh yeah, that's right, there IS. Forgot about that one. I liked it so I went ahead and bought a copy of the licensed one (which is a nicer version). Glad to see that they haven't discontinued the free one for people to try.

I don't use it a lot (I'm pretty accurate with the regular SIP) but there are times when I'm tired that it really makes it easier.

I like Tengo, but Zoomboard is great as well, though not free.
