RX3715 and Ht820 headset

I have successfully paired my Moto HT820 to my I RW6815 and my X51V but not my rx3715. The rw6815 and x51v run wm5 and the rx3715 runs 20003se. I get them paired and then the rx tells me that the device does not offer any usable services.

Any ideas or suggestions? Heavy duty frustration here as I read of others not having a moments probs.
