WM2003 in Canada?!?

Seeing as alot of people in the US are getting their updates over the last couple of days, I decided to call customer care to see where my update was at....

After a 35 minute call into Dell Canada Customer Care, all I got was that the technical issue preventing the shipment was still an issue and there is no estimate when they will be shipped out. The lady seemed baffled when I told her about all the news last week that the fix was supposed to be shipped out this week.

I'm generally pretty patient but the mixed messages are starting to drive me nuts and I just can't believe anything I've been told by Dell. You get a different message everytime you talk to someone.

Anybody in Canada actually get their update yet?

Are you waiting on an update for PPC 2002 or did you get the crappy A04 ROM and waiting for them to fix THEIR problem.

I have been waiting all this time as well, but I also have the DUD A04.

I ordered/received my Axim the week before the initial release of WM2003 and qualified for the free upgrade (at least this is what I was told). I am on PPC2002 still waiting for the free upgrade...

My sales rep said that the skus are active in Canada and put mine through. I checked the order status and it says that it is in production and hopefully ship out this week.

So you got it through your Sales rep rather than Customer Care (like I did)?
