Not sure if this is in the right forum, sorry if it is but just a quick Q.
I have lots of subfolders of my inbox in my outlook (XP) and wondered whether its possible to sync the subfolders to my Axim (PPC2003) or if you can just sync the main inbox folder itself. If not, is there a 3rd party app that does it? Many thanks Andy

huddy,
at least using PPC 2002 it works fine. You can even select which folders you want to synchronize and which you don't. In ActiveSync (on your PC) go to the options menu the rest should be easy to find. Good luck, David

Thanks for the info David.. Just one more Q if I may.
Supposing I can sync the subfolders of my inbox, will they show up on my PDA with an inbox 'tree' structure like in outlook, or are all the emails just in one folder? Ta. Andy

For me it works fine. I have several sub-folders of the inbox-folder and I only want some of them to be syncronized. And yes, you get the same tree-structure on your Axim as in Outlook (with all subfolders of the inbox-folder) and you can also use them the same way as in Outlook. The only difference is that folders you haven't selected to be syncronized stay empty (as long as you don't put any mails there manually). BTW I'm using version 3.5 of ActiveSync with Outlook 2000.
