Anyone tried D/L this from Microsoft at this link?

I started to D/L at around 2pm today and it's only at 36% - and I've got an ADSL connection

It's only 2.78MB - what's going on?

Is there anywhere else I can get it?

I just timed it, and the download took only 8 seconds on my cable modem. I'd suggest cancelling the download, and trying to re-download the file. Maybe you just got a crappy connection with their server the first time.

I don't know if it has anything to do with me being in the UK but the transfer rates start at 2.6Kb/sec and drop rapidly to 900 bytes/sec or lower

And I've tried cancelling & restarting numerous times with the same result.

Well I'm not sure how this happened but a link from the Microsoft Usenet group for Pocket PC - http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobi.../evb_eula.mspx
finally gave me a good conection

I can't actually see any difference in the web address but I've tried again and this link gives the good connection, whereas the original one I was using was total pants
