WM2003 only available in US & Europe :(
Got this info from Dell sales rep. yesterday. It's seem like very unfair to the customer at Asia Pacific
 Any Dell person here can tell me why?  She (from Dell) told me don't wait, just go and buy the upgrade from any shop  I can't find any around my area Robo | |||||

I don't believe you can buy the upgrade from any shop. The upgrade needs to come from Dell. They optimize the OS from Microsoft to run on the Dells.
