Those that were lucky enough to receive the upgrade CD (upgrade from PPC2002 and not the update patch), please post the following info:
1. Delivery date and city.
2. Order date.
3. Was this a free upgrade or did you pay for it.
4. Order number. (Please change the last 2 or 3 digits to "x" to keep your order numbers private. For example the order # 1234567 should be posted as 12345xx).

This information will hugely benefit the scores of people waiting for the WM2003 upgrade, hopefully the posts should give an idea about possible wait times and delivery dates.
As for me, I've been waiting since June for the free upgrade and calling customer service to get an updated status seems pointless. They just read off of their status screen which is pretty useless.
