Mad My shopping list problem

I was using the program My shopping list from codeking with PPC 2002 and it worked great, when I upgraded to WM 2003 it will not run and I get the window that states "The application you have launched requires microsoft embedded visual basic runtime to be installed" I found that on the microsoft web site, downloaded it but it will not load, it doesn't even come up as recognizable files, what am I doing wrong?

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Which package did you install? You need to run the file at http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobi...loper/evb.mspx on your Pocket PC. Download msvbppc.armv4.cab, copy it directly to your Axim, then click on it from within File Explorer. The installation should handle itself.

Copy the CAB file to your pocket pc, then run it. Do not extract the contents of the cab file on your desktop.

If you use the link I sent you, the file you're downloading is .CAB. You probably have your desktop set to hide file extensions for known types. It is only called a WinZip File on your desktop because WinZip is the program used to open it on your computer. Copy the file you got from the link I posted to your Pocket PC, then click on it from within File Explorer.
