2003 UK update
Ordered mine last Thursday, arrived yesterday, installed last night (Took about 45 mins)
Must say am very impressed with the extra speed on my PXA 250, it's now a A05

Will give it a bash and see what bugs there is, but I'm a happy bunny :D
