I have the 2002 to 2003 upgrade CD and am trying to install it. When I click onthe Install option, the CD wants to download a file from the disk to my computer. I get setup.exe off the cd, but when I click on it to start the process, nothing happens. Any ideas?

When you get the option to OPEN or SAVE the file after you launch the install option, choose OPEN instead of save.
