anyone else have a problem updating their axim on a docking station?

I had to switch to a PC. luckily nothing got fried the first 7 times it failed.

I had the same problem trying to upgrade my ax. The solution is quit simple after spending some time searching dells site. Use a USB 2.0 port. Once I did that - install took off and completed - did not hang at all. Now I am a happy 2003 Ax owner.
