how to get A04 to A05 upgrade?

Is there any way to get the A04 to A05 upgrade besides getting Dell to send it to me on CD? After over 2 hours of being hung up on and transferred from tech support to customer care back to tech support, I have still been unable to get Dell to arrange for it to be sent to me (even though they do acknowledge they're supposed to be able to do that).

I think you have to get it through Dell on a CD.

what about getting a AO3 to AO5

i have found a friend that has the cd.

The CD I received very specifically states is to be applied to an A04 Axim. Anything more than that would be at your own risk. I wonder if there is a seperate disk for A03 to A04 ? Anyone know ?

You don't want A04. Call Dell sales to order WM 2003 (PPC 2003) for $29 + shipping. That is ROM A05 and you can use it to upgrade from your A03, which is PPC 2002. If the disk you got was supposed to be the upgrade to WM 2003, you got the wrong one.

My Axim (recevied August 2003) came with PPC2003 and A04. i received and update free from Dell to upgrade to A05.

yeah i just tried to upgrade from AO3 to AO5 and it doesnt work
