EDIT: If the upgrade cannot be obtained legally it cannot be obtained at all. There are license issues with sharing updates and we don't condone that here. :)

Correct me if I'm wrong but this is the same Windows Mobile 2003 offered as an upgrade a few months back and not second edition?
