Did anyone get the new Patch CD for WM2003

Hello,

i've some trouble with WM 2003 (ROM - Version A01 - 07190300GE).

The Dell Hotline told to me that there is a new Patch CD. This CD can be maximally circa one month old.

Did someone already receive these Patch CD in Germany or
does someone know whether there are really these CD ?
