I thought that one of the enhancements to WM2003 was that the OS worked better with external keyboards; that it recognized them and changed behavior - turning on Ctrl key shortcuts and the like.

I have installed the WM2003 upgrade and the latest keyboard drivers for 2003 but I guess I am just not seeing it.

I do use Agenda Fusion, so if it is supposed to work only in the PIM apps perhaps that explains it. But I also get no changed behavior in Pocket Word, Inbox, Pocket Excel, etc.

Am I missing something?
