My task list is not working correctly. When I click the "Show button", nothing happens. A box forms around the word "show" and that is it. In other words, I can not sort by categories. I believe this started with the update for Windows Mobile 2003.

Does anyone have ideas how to fix this?

I have done a soft reset and my guess is that I have to do a hard reset. I am worried about a hard resent. I updated Windows Mobile 2003 so my question is whether a hard reset will change the system back to the original shipped version of Mobile 2002? Or, when I backup the PDA using activesync, will it restore the new version of Mobile 2003?
