Spanish CD upgrade 2003 with A01 version

Hello

I've just recieved the CD with WM2003 .(spanish version) to upgrade my X5.
I've installed the upgrade but I see I have the A01 version. Could you tell me if with A01 version I have the last version and if the famous patch is included?
