Does anyone know the .exe name for the memory screen? I am trying to set up a shortcut on the start menu for the memory screen. Or better yet, is there a way to put a shortcut on the "desktop" WITHOUT using a 3rd party util?

There is no .exe for this. It is a control panel applet. Attached is a zip file that contains a shortcut you can use. Just unzip the file and copy it to your \windows\start menu folder and it should work.
