Hi,

I installed Mobile 2003. everything seems to work fine except for MSN Messenger. When I try to sign in, i get the following error box message:

Logon to MSN Messenger Service failed because the service is not compatible with this version of the program.

Retry / Cancel options

So does this mean that the version MSN Messenger that came with mobile 2003 doesnt work on mobile 2003 or do I need to configure something?

I can get to the internet through the sync craddle/usb as well as via my wireless lan card.

I got AOL instant messenger to work just fine.
I cannot get Yahoo Instant Messenger to work ( I think Yahoo does not support Mobile 2003).

Any help with the above is greatly appreciated.

Your version of Messenger probably needs to be updated.
