I managed to wind up with a second copy of the Windows 2003 upgrade for the Axim X5 which is still in its original, factory sealed packaging. If someone would like to save some money and/or possibly save some time versus ordering the upgrade from Dell let me know and I will have it sent USPS Priority as soon as I receive your $25 money order.
