We are using outlook 2002 that came with the axim to share my calendar with my secretary so she can update my appointments. We are going to purchase 3 more axim's in January and they will have the new 2003 version that will only work with outlook 2002 or higher. Outlook 2002 has done away with net folders, which stops my secretary from updating my calendar. Does anyone have a suggestion of what I can do to allow my secretary to update my calendar so I can then come in and sync the corrections.

Outlook 2003 should get you and your secretary on schedule.
