hard reset

i was just wondering how to do a hard reset. i did it once before but i forgot how i did it. thanx.

Same as a soft reset, just keep the power button pressed for a few seconds at the same time as you poke the soft reset. You'll see a confirmation screen asking you to press an appropriate button to confirm the action

I'm in the same situation this evening, and this is how far I got. Now I can't sync up to my computer because it's asking me to start a "new partnership". Should I create a new partnership?
