Duplicate Icons

After installing pocketWinc, I now have two shortcut icons in the launcher. I removed the program but it still left behind one of the shortcuts. This will probably mean editing the registry but I don't know how to or where to start. Any help appreciated.
TIA,
HF

No registry editing involved - these are just shortcuts (*.lnk files). When you say launcher, do you mean the add on that puts icons on your Today screen? If so, open File Explorer, look in the Launcher folder (it's a top level folder) and simply hold the stylus on the WiNc file name a couple of seconds until a window opens with an option to delete.

Can't Find It

Maybe it's not the launcher. It's the screen that has the Programs. When I first saw the extra shortcut I thought that I could tap and hold and delete but it just started the program. After I deleted the program, tapping just brings up the message about the program no longer there. I opened "File Explorer" but I just can't seem to find the icon file.
By the way, thanks very much for the help.
HF

I opened "file explorer" tapped "open", tapped "*.lnk", and I get a "can't connect" message.

pcwizard, how did you delete the icon?

Using File Explorer got to Windows>StartMenu>Programs. You will see two "pocketWinc.lnk" files with the same icon. Tap and hold on one of them and select Delete.
