Will this work?
I am ordering another axim and it will come with WM 2003. Can I upgrade my old axim from the disc that will come with the new one?

It will come with WM2003 and you cannot upgrade the OS of the older unit. The CD that will come with your new Axim won't have the OS on it, the OS resides on the ROM in the PDA.
