In case you are all wondering, my source tells me the holdup was because WM2003 needed to be made available in French before they could ship the English version through their supplier in Canada.

I got my upgrade in the mail almost 2 weeks ago and everything went smoothly.

I'm glad you're getting your updates - Finally! I ended up going the US route myself back in Dec 2003. I just couldn't handle it anymore.

Seeing Nicholas Peacock's name brought it allll back to me. *shudder*
