Pocket Excel Percent Format

Hi All,
Can anyone confirm that the percent format in pocket excel is faulty. I'm running Windows Mobile 2003.
If i have a number in a cell (say 57) then change the NUMBER format of the cell to PERCENTAGE. It gives me 5700.00%. Changing the decimal point position add the decimal places correctly, but I still get a value 1000 times larger that I expect.

Since it is set up as a % you need to type the number in as .57
