Dell virtual serial support for Truemobil CF Bluetooth card

I noticed that Dell has a virtual serial connection update for the TrueMobil 300 Bluetooth card. I have downloaded it and installed it, but can anyone tell me how to connecto to my laptop using the virtual com port? Is there a connection manager for bluetooth that works on the TrueMobile card? Any help here would help.
