device disconnecting

does anyone else have this problem? after running a successful activesync, the connection is lost. if i shut the X5 off, restart, the connection usually stays on. i am running wm2003 upgrade.

Try deleting the partnership in activesynce, recradling the axim and setting up partnership again with the wizard.

I have the same issue and that is what I do also. There has been many post about this. I have not seen a good explanation on why this happens only many ideas.
