I have a much different result: Running IE and PiePlus with Wi-Fi on I have 17.32 Storage and 18.05 Program. If I unload IE and PiePlus I have 17.32 Storage and 18.97 Program. That is with Wi-Fi still running. IE and PiePlus load together no mater what I do PiePlus is a plugin for IE.
