Keep Activesync from starting with the computer
Is there a way to keep Activesync from starting when the computer is booted? I would prefer to start the program manually when I am ready to connect my axim.

Thank you.

Yes, I searched the site for this problem already. There were too many results and not a single one had a subject that came close to what I was looking for. So, if this is a repost, I apologize.

On your PC in Windows Explorer, navigate to your StartUp Folder and delete the ASync Shortcut.

There is no Async shortcut in my Startup folder. Do you know the name of the file as it would appear if I ran msconfig?

Thanks.

Try this then,

On your PC > ASync > Options > Schedule > Select Manually.

On your Axim > ASync > Tools > Options > Schedule > UNcheck Everything.
