Sync Notes to PPC at work and Outlook to PPC at home

I'm looking to accomplish the following:

At Work:

Export Lotus Notes Calendar and Tasks to the PPC with a category of "Work", which does not exist in Notes. This would be a pain to have to manually assign all future meetings and tasks to the category "work", as my colleagues do not assign categories when sending out invitations. I would basically like to map everything coming out of Notes into the category "Work" on my PPC. This is a one-way "sync" as I do not want anything from the PPC going into my Notes at work.

At Home:

Sync PPC to Outlook putting the "Work" information into Outlook with the Category "Work" and syncing everything else.

I am using Intellisync at work with Lotus Notes and Active Synce at home with Outlook. Intellisync does not allow me to map calendar entries to a specific category on my PPC.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I have written a macro in outlook to import my Notes Calendar. I have an agent in my Notes mail file at work that exports my calendar and sends me an e-mail with it as an attachment.

At home when I'm in Outlook I open up the message with the attachment and push on a button. All my work calendar entries are deleted from my Outlook calendar and replaced by the latest export. I do this everyday. My PocketPC calendar is automatically updated and I don't have to sync up at work. It takes me about 15-20 seconds a day to do it.

This is a work in progress and I'm more than willing to work with others to improve it. My next step was to add tasks to the process.

If you are interested in getting the macro I wrote and instructions on how to export it from Notes e-mail me at bruceatk@comcast.net.

I'm bumping this up. I think I have the solution the first two posters are looking for. It's free.
