I just read this on sprintpcsinfo.com

I just recentley re-install active sync so I never checked the build number before, but I belive it to be true. Not much has changed from what I can tell.

Yep, newer version of 3.7.1. No idea why they didn't call it 3.7.2. I suspect that it's required for WM2003 SE.
