Problems with Active Sync?
For about a week now I cant seem to syncronize my dell 3Xi with my computer. I have done a hard reset, lost all my data, and still when I call for help they say, "OK why dont you perform a hard reset and this should solve all your problems". WRONG! So they have decided to send me a new Axim. Its a referbished system but they say its as if it were brand new. I am shocked that I am having so many problems. And I have also tried to install activesync to another computer (just to see if it was my desktop) and the Axim still does the same thing. This is very frustrating and I was just wondering if anyone had gone through the same experience? Any feedback or suggestions will certainly be appreciated. Thanks.
