Hi I have a problem to visit a web page with my PDA (this page run perfectly with my desktop PC); so I thought that was a problem with the certificates, and I download from Microsoft site the program 128-bit encryptionfor HPC; I think that this was a mistake, and now I want to remove it but I can not.

I delete the file in the directory Windows, but if I try to delete from start>configuration> system> add or remove program, I can not do it (the program not is deleted).

I think that the program are in the ROM, but I don´t know how to delete it.

I think that it is in ROM memory, because if I try to re-install this program there are a message that say:
"the file \Windows\schannel.dll are in use or ROM"; I know that not is in use, so, is in ROM.

How can I delete it?

I think that is the solution to solve the problem regarding to try to visit a webmail page (this mornig was possible to visit, but since the moment that I installed this program not was possible)
