Billionton CF Bluetooth card problem

Hi.
I have a billionton CF Bluetooth card abd Dell Axim 5 Basic
I tried to install the drivers to the SD card , the installation went ok, but card not work.
I removed drivers and tried to install again, to the default path
and drivers install again to the SD card.
How can i solve the problem and how i need to install the drivers to my device ?
