Can the scroll bar in IE be moved?

I'm left handed and it would be nice if the scroll bar was on the left.

It's been brought up before and no one has ever proposed a way so I'm afraid the answer is no.

being ambidexterous, I've tried using the ax as a lefty and I found it easy to adapt.

the main problem is that your hand covers the screen when you're dragging the scroll bar around, right? solution - don't drag the scroll bar around. fast scrolling can be done by paging up and down with the d-pad, and more precise scrolling (once you get near your target) can be done by tapping on the arrows at the top and bottom of the scroll bar - which you can do without blocking the screen.

I don't use the d-pad, i use the jog dial in PIE. That way you don't even have to use you left hand! The only problem is you have to adapt to reading all the way to the bottom, before scrolling down.
