active sync and attachments
I have an X3i (I think) and am running MS outlookXP on windows XP and active sync 3.7.1
The handheld will not successfully copy over attachments. If I have this setting on it will crash halfway through, and will also begin to duplicate messages. most times it will crash on the first message on Microsoft’s support site they had a fix for active sync 3.6, but the files I am using are up to date.
Anyone else having problems syncing attachments? I have attachments enabled and have limited attachment size to 500Kb and also tried 2000Kb to see if it would help. I have about 40mb of free space on the handheld. Attachment size varies from 35k to 200k, but it will not download any of them.
It DOES work if I download them individually, and it also works on a separate PC/outlook account. It also has no problems syncing with no attachments.
I have reinstalled activesync, and hard reset the axim several times.
