I purchased the Windows Mobile 2003 update CD. I have attempted to install this several times I have saved the ROM and backed up the files. When I run the actual update the program gets to the point System update in Progress and the spinning / is moving and continues to spin for 20 minutes or more and never does anything to the Axim. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Thanks

Don't know if this will help in your case. But be sure you have all Fire Wall and Virus Scan turned off. You might try a powered USB hub, if you are not using one. Good luck.

Are you using a direct connect USB port or a hub? I had some sync problems with a hub that went away with a direct connection to the PCs USB port.
