I have the new X30 and yesterday I created 2 word documents on my PC, put my axim in its cradle and did a sync. When I go to word on my axim, the 2 docments show up but when I tap them, they will not open. If I hold the stylus on it, I will get the options to delete, move, etc but the document will not open.

I went back "Start" and chose "Find" and when the screen came up, I tapped in the name of the document, and when it was found, I tapped on the document and it opened. Why won't it open from pocket word? I read the owners manual and it appears that if I sync a word document from my PC, all I have to do it go to pocket word, tap on the name of the document and it will open.

Anybody ever have this problem or so I always have to go to "Find" in order to open a document? Thanks for any reply.

The very first thing to try when any application is not responding correctly is to do a 'soft-reset'. Read your manual on how to do this. It will clear garbage out of RAM and close any running processes, and will usually allow the malfunction app to restart and work properly.
