delete programs from Settings

I have two programs that only show up under Settings>>System. I would like to delete them, but have not been able to figure out how. They don't show up on File Explorer or Total Commander. Nor are they listed under Settings>>System>>Remove Programs.

I am using an Axim 5 with Windows Mobile 2003.
