Activesync how to relove unresolved items?
I've been going crazy trying to sync my AximX3i with my PC (WinXP Pro.) and Outlook 2003! I recently added new contacts on the Axim and after running activesync the 2 new contacts and 1 edited contact turned up unresolved but everything else was fine. So I called Dell to see what was going on. I tried reinstalling activesync and Outlook like they suggested and after doing that the amount of unresolved items jumped from 3 to 40, basically every entry in the contacts and calender. When trying to reolve these Items I always get an error msg "80004005". I have also discovered that I am not able to enter a contact on my Pc usind Outlook The new contacts Icon stays grayed out! So now I have now way of Entering contacts into Outlook! Has anyone had similar problems or know of any fixes. I've searched Hi and Lo on the net but nothing seems to work!

Also does anyone know of alternatives to activesync?

Buy her flowers the next morning?

See if Chris De Herrera's Identifying Unresolved Items page (as well as other pages on his site) is any help.

Intellisync does provide a different interface for syncing your PIM data but it's rather expensive and has it's own little quirks.

I have the same problem and Chris De Herrera's page is not helpful since I can't find the files he says to look for: wcesmgr.log and outstore.log
