Does WM2003SE include the .Net Compact Framework?

I believe this is a PC app, not a Pocket PC app. You can dowlnoad it from the Microsoft Download section, and I believe its also availible as a reccomended update on Windows Update.

Yes WM2003SE includes .NET Compact Framework. .NET Framework is the PC version and Compact Framework is the mobile version.

Must be included in WM 2003 as well, I haven't had to install it on my X3i.

Yes it became standard in windows mobile after version 2002. I have v37 2002 that had .net in firmware that ms gave away a while back but this was the only pda I believe that had it built-in.

The difference was nill as it still took up ram for it - and worst, I couldn't uinstall it.
