Just so we are clear...
you are running Outlook 2003 (not Outlook Express), and in ActiveSync, when you click 'Options', there is not checkbox next to Calendar in the list of folders to synch. If this is right, i would go into Outlook, Help, Detect and Repair. then, if that doesnt help, reinstall Activesync (get the latest version 3.7.1) | |||||

Jeff, This is very simple. In outlook create your contact list(s). Then when you open activsync make sure that the icon for the contacts is present. When you put the AX in the cradle it will recognize the contacts and indicate that you have not synced them yet. Just hit sync or highligt contac icon (in activesync) and right click and sync. Good luck
