If you save the PocketWord file in your "My Documents" folder on the Axim and also enable file synchronization in the ActiveSync options, then the file will automatically be transferred to your desktop computer during the next sync. Look for a directory called "My XXX Documents" under your standard "My Documents" folder on the deskop where XXX is the device name of your Axim.
By default, the PocketWord file will be converted to a full Word file on the desktop but you can also change this through the conversion settings in ActiveSync.

Annotations Business Dictionaries My Music Personal Sys Info None Unable to find a way to create folders on this thing...I must be getting thick in my old age....lolol.. the booklet that comes with it has very little in it at all. Diane

If you see the folders you mentioned then you are likely already in the correct directory and only see the subdirectories that are there. It should be the default location anyway, so if you just save it there you should be OK. Even if you save it somethere else, you can still copy/paste the file from to your deskop by navigating through Windows Explorer by selecting "Mobile Device" (while you are connected).
Good luck with your new Axim and welcome to the site ![]()
