Whats the difference between PPC 2003 SE and PPC 2003 (Premium Edition)?

Well, technically there's no difference between them because neither one exists. The proper name is Windows Mobile 2003 (aka WM03) although PPC still get's used even on some of Dell's websites.

WM03SE is the latest version which came out a couple of months ago. It's only available on the X30 series.

WM03 (Premium) (which I have seen listed at Dell as Pocket PC 2003 Premium) is the old version of WM03 which includes the Pocket versions of Word and Excell and a couple of other accessory programs. M$ makes a 'standard' version of WM03 that does not include these other programs but it's only for use on PPCs that do not have enough ROM for the full version (this does not pertain to any of the Axims).

Actually Windows Mobile 2003 SE Professional has the basic stuff Word, Excel, Pictures, etc.
What's different in Windows Mobile 2003 SE Premium edition is that you can edit pictures and you can take pictures (I believe)
Thats basically it. Its more like WM2003 SE is like Windows XP home and WM2003 SE Premium is like Windows XP pro
