"ignore_my_docs"

i found this file on my SD card and it kept me from accessing anything on it via computer or PPC, yet it showed the amount of space being occupied by all my files. does anyone know anything about this file? i did find some files, but they were all "FOUND.000" files. i had to wipe out my SD card, and it's still there, that annoying "ignore_my_docs" file. how do i format the card, and how may i get this booger out of my backup memory on my x30 high, and off my SD?
please help!
