Good whatever time of the day you are at,

Recently I have seen the WiFi icon at the bottom right corner of the Today screen to be missing after starting WiFi or being there twice. I have soft and hard reset the unit over the last few days but it didn't make any differences. I am trying to avoid to Hard reset and reinstall everything from scratch. Any of you had this issue?

I had the same problem...there were 4 icons in my task bar! I've been having major wireless connection issues too, though...so after 3 hard resets I noticed the icon issue was resolved...

Since I posted this threads I have reset the PPC and you are right it was the problem. I was hoping at the time to avoid doing so but at one point I needed too.

just a quick query does the BT icon dissapear when you disable the wireless via the wireless button?

i thought initially on mine that it dissapeared when you disabled wireless by using the wireless button...

but now it stays on screen with the disabled BT icon there.

the WIFI icon dissapears, but not the BT
