ActiveSync File Synchronization

I finally broke down and bought a Pocket PC. I got the Dell Axim X30 (High). (Nice unit by the way although the back of it feels a little strange in your hand...)

I'm running ActiveSync 3.7.1 and also have a 512MB SD card in the slot of the Axim.

My question: Does anyone know how to have the file synchronization in ActiveSync synchronize files directly to the SD card instead of the built in memory?

Welcome to aximsite, jlachut!

Give Mightysync a try. It costs $6 or so, but it is worth it.

I think creating a "My Documents" folder in there might do the trick, but I'm not sure (I know it works for main mem)...

So I tried creating a "My Documents" on the SD card, no luck. I even renamed the "My Documents" folder on the device itself, it just created a new one... oh well. I guess I'll have to break down and buy MightySync... I hate to sound cheap, but it just seems like another one of those functionality things that should come straight out of the box, but I guess it doesn't.

Thanks for all your help.
