I would like to reinstall Pocket PC 2003SE - French

Hi,
I receive my new AXIM X30H and I start looking for softwares... McAffee, games, dictionnaries (SlovoEd), Metro Guide (nanika.net/metro), ...

I also reinstall completely my PC with Windows XP and Outlook 2003.
Now my ActiveSync does not work with my Axim

My Axim also get locked! No way to get back into it except by pushing on the reset knob on the back or by removing the Battery.
How can I reinstall completely my system? To make it like a new one? please

Note: I'm using WM2003 in French

A hard reset will restore everything to the original state. See http://pocketpccentral.net/help/dellx3reset.htm
